Kansas, The Land of Ahhhhs!

Ahhhs means everything that is good in Kansas, which is ALOT! The first being Johnny's BBQ which was featured in Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives! To go to the video of the episode you can go to this website http//www.johnnysbbqkc.com/.  We went around the front so I could take a picture and a guy in a car leaving said, "Hey, you know you can go in out back?!" I replied, "It's okay! I'm a tourist!" In which he replied, "Welcome to Olathe!" Love these people. It ALMOST makes me want to move here..haha Jenn agrees.

So far Kansas is not at all what we expected. Well, at least where the Kleins live!  It is a bustling town filled with many places to eat and a variety of local breweries. Our next eating adventure led us to Barley's Brewhaus. Mike got the homemade sausage on a pretzel bun.

Thank you to Jenn and Mike for having us for 2 days! We had such a blast in Kansas and will never forget it! Your kids are a delight and your hospitality unwavering! Love you guys! Now on to Colorado and the Great Sand Dunes!
